Who We Are

The story of Gud Mishri began in 2020, inspired by a desire to bring a healthier twist to beloved traditional Indian sweets and snacks. The idea was born out of a need for an alternative to commercially available sweets, which often rely on refined sugar, artificial colors, and preservatives. The founders sought to combine the rich flavors of Indian mithais with ingredients like whole wheat, Millets, Gud (Jaggery), and Mishri, which not only enhance taste but also provide essential nutrients. What started as an idea during the pandemic evolved quickly into a flourishing business, with our first outlet opening in Janta Colony in August 2020. Since then, we’ve expanded to four outlets across Jaipur, with plans for further growth. Each outlet reflects our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and community, and we are continuously expanding our product range to include baked goods, street food, and tea-time snacks—all made with care and the finest ingredients.

The founders have always been passionate about right food. They believe everyone deserves to enjoy sweets or desserts that are good for one’s internal health. After struggling to find good-to-eat sweets/ food/cookies etc. they started Gud Mishri.

A Commerce graduate who belongs to silver jewelry export business, a multifaceted entrepreneur with a sweet tooth, from the shimmering world of silver jewelry to the sweet world of Indian sweets and confectionery, he has always been driven by a passion for creating something special. With a strong business acumen and a love for all things delicious, he is committed to bringing you the finest sweets, Bakery, food and confectionary made with traditional recipes and modern techniques.

A lover of words and sweets with a background in Law & Literature, she has an eye for detailing and strong work ethics. She brought this unique perspective of Gud, Mishri, whole wheat and Millets to the world of Indian sweets and chose the brand name “GUD MISHRI”, creating delectable treats that satisfy both the mind and the palate. She believes that anything should be eaten to satisfy the soul not the stomach.
